Just finished Core Synergistics, I really love love love core! I always feel so refreshed and energized after this workout! I felt like I needed an accountability picture since this week is the end of Phase 2 for me and the end of month 1, fit and fab for fall challenge! I have been "bringing it" hard these last 2 months to try and get the best results possible. So far I feel amazing! I can totally see the definition in my back, legs and arms.
Core Synergistics hits all those parts of my body that I am so self conscious of. I really dislike my stomach and this hits that area! I still give Tony Horton a few choice works on the plank to chatarunga run!
After the workout I'm dripping sweat but feeling great. Today, my post-workout re fuel was a protein shake with frozen pineapple! YUM!
Now it's off to the pool to enjoy the last week of the pool being open!
