So after a few weeks of tossing around this idea of hosting a book club I decided to actually get my butt in gear and start one up. I just love love love Tosca Reno's book, "The Eat-Clean Diet Stripped". She does an awesome job at teaching people how to shed those unwanted pounds and not just go on a diet but change the way that you think about food and eating. Eating clean is a lifestyle change, not a diet! She points out such great points about health and fitness. Like I said before loosing weight is 80% nutrition, 10% exercise and 10% genetics. So I would love to share my knowledge with you and go through this book together. I have been eating clean for about 2 months now and I've noticed amazing changes in my energy and weight loss!
