My P90X Transformation

So I finished P90X on October 8, 2011 and I saw amazing results.  I started out on July 11, 2011 at 127 lbs after finishing Insanity.  My goal was to lose 8 more pounds and to build some arm muscle and flatten my stomach.  After just 30 days I had lost 8 pounds by following the lean schedule of P90X and drinking my Shakeology for one meal a day.  I also ate completely clean and only allowed myself to have a drink on the weekend and no sweets!  I was in a pretty good routine so it didn't bother me at all.  At day 60, I had lost 4.5 pounds and decided to do a 3 day Shakeology cleanse during my recovery week with my accountability partner, Sara.  I lost 3.5 pounds doing the cleanse alone!  I was feeling awesome, my clothes fit great and I had a ton of energy.  The most energy that I have ever had without excessive amounts of coffee!  My body feels great because I am feeding it food that it needs to stay strong and keep up with my family demands.
At day 90 and the end of P90X I weighed in at 111 pounds.  I am smaller now that I was on my wedding day. The best part is that I didn't do some crazy diet or starvation, I actually fed myself good food and exercised consistently.  I am so thankful to have my beachbody support group to get me through the tough times!  Without them I would not have been able to do it.
