Phase 2 Beachbody Challenge Group

So I am on my last week of P90X2 and I am also finishing up my New Year New You Challenge Group that started in January!  There are some amazing stories that are coming out of this group and I can hardly wait to post their results because it's epic and life changing for everyone involved!  These individuals have totally rocked their workouts, changed their eating habits and have the results to show for it!  But the problem is, that they all loved the group so much that they want to continue on with another group.  But, I didn't want to just start all over with the basics again because obviously they are way past that!  So instead, I have been brainstorming and have decided to add a phase 2 to my current challenge groups.

What is Phase 2?  Phase 2 is for people who have already completed a Beachbody fitness program such as P90X, Insanity, TurboFire, Chalean Extreme, Brazil Butt Lift, ect...  It is preferable that you have already been through 1 of my challenge groups.  We have already built a strong foundation of healthy eating and exercise and now it's time to take it up a notch.  In this group we will write a new "Why" statement that is your driving force to continue living a healthy lifestyle.  We will also set new short and longer term health and fitness goals.  I also have my challenge groups measure their progress each month with measurements and pictures.  Each challenger is required to log in to facebook daily and report on their workouts in our closed facebook support group that only members can view and post.  It is a place for you to take your workout to the next level, fine tune your eating and learn some more valuable tips.  Each week I will do a brand new mindset video with all new questions to challenge your current fitness level and nutritional knowledge.

Weekly Topics:
1.  Calculating your Basil Metabolic Rate
2.  Calculating your Macro nutrients for each day based on the type of body you are trying to achieve.
3.  More meal plans with new variety
4.  Tracking and monitoring tools
5.  Lean phasing

For each of the 12 weeks there will be a different focus!

What are the requirements to take part in this challenge?

1.  Shakeology, which means if you do not already have shakeology you will have to invest in it.  I need to know that if I am going to invest my time in you that you are willing to invest in your own health.
2.  A Beachbody fitness program of your choice.  I am more than happy to help you pick the program that is right for you and the results you want to achieve.
3.  The last requirement is that you are an active member of the challenge group and that you complete the workouts on your own and log into the group!  Be a motivator and supporter to your fellow challengers!
