P90X/Insanity Hybrid Schedule


Day 2 of my P90X/Insanity Hybrid is kicking my BUTT!!  I finished Chalean Extreme this weekend and I felt amazing and strong and sleek but let me tell you what, This P90X/Insanity hybrid is absolutely making me humble again!  I didn't realize how different the two workouts were and how much MORE intense that P90X and Insanity are!!!  I wanted to switch things up and go back to my P90X roots because when I took the certification course it made me want to fine tune my form and just see what a second round could do.  I also miss Insanity because the short quick intense cardio is what makes me feel amazing.  Beachbody has created all of these wonderful hybrids by combining fitness programs together like Insanity, P90X, Turbofire, Brazil Butt Lift and Chalean Extreme.  So if you like the intensity of one and the lifting in another then a hybrid might be the thing for you!




After Chest and Back/I am smiling then but today I am SORE!

Yesterday was chest, back and ab ripper X from P90X and today was Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit.  I am basically sore all over and hungry!  So I upped my protein and am drinking lots and lots of water!  You cannot tell by the picture below but sweat was literally dripping off of my entire body!  GROSS!

Day 2- Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Day 3- Chest, Shoulders, Triceps/Ab Ripper X
Day 4- Yoga X
Day 5- Legs & Back/Ab Ripper X
Day 6- Cardio Power and Resistance
Day 7- Rest or X stretch

Week 7
Day 1- Back and Biceps/Ab Ripper X
Day 2- Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Day 3- Chest, Shoulders, Triceps/Ab Ripper X
