Thursday Motivation!

When you hit your goal weight or finish a program take the money you put in each day and buy something new for yourself as a reward!!!
This is the slight edge effect at work!  After awhile those things you didn't want to do add up to be something that is life changing!

Every once in awhile I feel like we can just use some daily motivation to keep us going!  For example, today it is hot, hazy and humid in Western PA.  It is about to storm at any time and I could really use a nap!  For some reason I just can't get moving!  I got my workout in today and I'm eating healthy but I just want to take a nap!  I have no motivation to work and I am just tired!  So instead of forcing myself to be 1/2 productive and tired I am going to rest and chill with the family today!  I think a Disney movie on the couch snuggled up with my boys is the remedy of the day!  For those of you that are full of energy and the desire to change well let these quotes and inspirational pictures motivate to kick some butt!!!!

Every morning when that alarm goes off at 5:15 am I say this to myself!  I just do it before my body realizes what it is doing!
