While at the Team Beachbody Leadership Event we had the opportunity to try out a brand new workout by celebrity trainer Shaun T. Shaun T created Insanity which was the program that I totally fell in love with when I started my Team Beachbody journey. I had lost about 30 lbs with Insanity, Shakeology and Clean Eating. I became a coach because I wanted to inspire others to do the same thing.

So now 3 years later after the release of T25 he has done it again! Insanity MAX30 is all about pushing you the limits. It's about throwing plateaus to the wind and breaking that point of average and taking your body to extraordinary. Insanity MAX 30 is taking INSANE EXTREME home fitness to the next level! But its all done in 30 minutes a day! Anyone can find 30 minutes a day to workout and you can push yourself harder because you know it's only 30 minutes, RIGHT! It is a great mental game to play with yourself but its not always the truth. It's a hard workout that takes some serious effort! I will tell you for sure that I will be doing Insanity MAX 30 when it comes out in December!
