What Is Super Star Diamond Day?

What a whirlwind of a week! If you follow me on any other social media sites you might have seen that I was in California last week for what is called Super Star Diamond Day for Team Beachbody.

What is Super Star Diamond Day? This is Team Beachbody's way of rewarding coaches who achieve the highest rank in the company. That rank is called 15 Star Diamond or Super Star Diamond. That means that the coach has personally sponsored at minimum 15 coaches that are a lifetime Diamond rank. That also means that the coach is not just selling products but they are leading their coaches on their team to start successful businesses as well. This rank truly shows that the coach has the ability to mentor, lead and train their team to achieve not just their health and fitness goals but their financial goals as well. It is a very prestigious honor and rank to achieve. There are less than 30 coaches out of 220,000+ coaches in the network that are 15 Star Diamond.

So when a coach becomes 15 Star Diamond you are invited by Team Beachbody to come to headquarters and be pampered for a few days to celebrate your success. Beachbody flies you and your guest into LAX first class, you are picked up by a limo and taken to a beautiful hotel on the Santa Monica Beach called the Casa Del Mar, you attend dinner at a very delicious Italian Restaurant with the executives on Tuesday night. Wednesday morning you are picked up by limo and taken over to the office for a celebration and an interview with CEO Carl Daikeler.

There is lunch served in the boardroom with the Executives and its back to Casa Del Mar for a little pampering at the spa! That evening you go to the famous Ivy on the Shores restaurant for dinner with more time to get to know each of the other super star diamonds!

Thursday morning its back home you go! But truly it's an amazing way to be celebrating for your accomplishments. Here you can check out the celebration at Corporate below!

It's really a neat feeling to step off that elevator and have the entire staff at Team Beachbody cheering for you!

The Team Beachbody Newest Super Star Diamond Coaches

The coolest part about Super Star Diamond Day is that I got to spend it with my BFF Seay Stanford and her husband with whom we met through Beachbody and have become great friends and my own personally sponsored coach Alyssa Schomaker! It's pretty awesome to see your own coaches have such tremendous success and then get to celebrate it right along side of them as well!

We had the opportunity to extend our stay and do a little site seeing for a few days! We hit up the shops on the promenade and took a tour of Hollywood and the Hollywood hills, had dinner with at Ruth Chris Steakhouse and just enjoyed great company and wine of course! IT was an amazing little get a way from the cold and dreary western PA!! There is nothing like a workout on the beach and breakfast overlooking the ocean!!!

So fun fact: This was a little different for me personally because I am considered what they call a Super Star Diamond 2 coach! That means that I have not only grown 1, 15 Star Diamond business, but I have 2, 15 Star Diamond businesses. So I got a little something extra! A shopping spree on Rodeo Drive {which I felt like a fish out of water bc I'm some small town girl in Beverly Hills}. That was a really awesome experience to just be able to go into all the high end stores and then not just window shop but actually buy myself something! I bought my first pair of Jimmy Choo shoes, sunglasses and an Alice + Olivia outfit.

What a truly amazing week! I'm glad to be back home with my boys and my normal everyday life. But it was really fun to be treated like a princess for a few days! What a cool experience and its so nice to know that all your hard work, time and commitment is not overlooked! We work for a company that truly honors and values what we do as coaches!
