Clean Eating Veggie Frittata

New Recipe to add to your rotation!  I get bored of the same foods day in and day out.  Egg whites and steel cut oats are pretty much my go too!  I'm really trying to limit my carbs per day to 1 carb since I am leaving for our trip to Bora Bora in 16 days!  I really gotta step up my game!  I'm following the countdown to competition meal plan and focusing on nailing my results.

So this no carb meal is right in line with what we are striving for!

So while Matt is not the guy who measures things out but throws a bunch of randomness together and it actually always is pretty darn tasty!

This is our own egg white Frittata!

Ingredients:  {You can use any veggie you have in the house, but measure out how many green containers you want to use}  For ours we have 2 green containers of veggies.

- Broccoli
-Sweet Peppers

Next, Sautee the veggies in olive oil in a pan that can also be placed in the oven.

Then, after veggies are softened pour 4 egg whites or 3/4 cup of liquid egg whites over the veggies.

Place the hot pan into a pre heated oven at 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.

Let cool and enjoy!

You can add feta or mozzarella cheese on top along with Salsa and hot sauce if you want some added kick!
