Now that I have completed the Insanity workout I wanted to do more. I had accomplished 1 goal and I now had a new goal. I wanted to loose those last 10 pounds but I really wanted to build some muscle. So I chose to do the P90X, classic version. I am 1 month into it and I decided that I needed more cardio to keep loosing weight from my stomach, so I'm switching to the lean version for month 2 and 3. Here is my progress so far! I've lost 8 pounds his month and I started drinking Shakeology. I can really tell a difference in my side shots. My stomach is getting flatter! I can also tell a difference in my back and arm muscle. I can hardly wait to see what 60 and 90 day pictures look like! Everyday I put the kids down for a nap and head to the basement! I also started doing Zumba on Thursday nights. I love my new lifestyle and I'm excited to see a change! Still a work in progress and I'm learning more everyday!
