Acai Bowl Breakfast


Seriously I have the very best husband in the world.  He comes up with these awesome creations all the time.  This one he found on someone else's page and tweaked it to fit our needs.  It's power packed with a healthy punch!!!!

Here is the recipe for the awesome ACACIA bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 red container of Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 c frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 c blueberries
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp of acai powder
  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruit of your choice
  • 1/2 orange container of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 yellow container of granola {as clean as you can get it, no fake sugars or sweeteners}

Directions:

In a blender combine the greek yogurt, frozen strawberries and blueberries with coconut milk and acai powder and blend until smooth.

Then top with a purple container of mixed fresh fruit, the 1/2 container of unsweetened coconut flakes and granola and enjoy!!!

It's seriously mouth wateringly good!!!  NO JOKE you have to give it a try!!!
