Good Morning!!! Happy Saturday! It's time to test out Autumn Calabrese's 21 Day Fix Extreme Workout!

I just got done doing my Elite Sneak Peak Workout of the 21 Day Fix Extreme. The workout is the Dirty 30 Extreme and here is what I think about it!

So it's totally different than Insanity Max30. You are incorporating strength training into your workouts now!
This workout was 30 minutes long {every fix extreme workout is 30 min} and it was a series of moves that were repeated twice for 1 minute intervals. You alternate between light and heavy weights depending on your strength. I really like that you are using multiple muscle groups at the same time during the workouts.
So for example you are doing a dead lift with a row or a lunch with a row. Autumn always likes to throw in those bonus moves and it was a plank with a weighted knee tuck HARD AS CAN BE but yes its going to tone that core!
There is a modifier in the video Charise but the modifier is still for someone with a base level of fitness. For example the modifier still does push ups on her toes.

POST WORKOUT NUTRITION: Shakeology and a cup of coffee! The rest of the day is 4-5 small meals with my fix portion containers!!!!
