I was just telling my Total Body Core Class last night that I love everything about fall! I love the scents of fall, the changing leaves, the taste of anything pumpkin and apple! But as we all know most of the fall foods are not easy on the waist line. So instead of totally blowing my healthy eating habits I have taken some time to find some recipes that work and that I love! So I'm sharing them with you, so you too can feel empowered and strong!!! Don't let this holiday season make you gain 10 lbs! There are absolutely great tasting and healthy alternatives out there. You just have to be willing to give them a try!
